Very bad service

I am a customer, this is the forth time this company has failed me. 5 months ago I requested an assistant regarding a labour matter. I was told that they can only assist when the matter goes to arbitration. They the requested the documents regarding this, I submitted all the documents. The case was with CCMA two weeks ago,they requested me to go request for the case to be postponed as a lawyer won't be ready to represent me this request was rejected by the commissioner reason being a lawyer was supposed to apply and be present to do a request. They are requesting minutes for the disciplinary hearing which was not given to by the employer, they want to know what led to the dismissal ( I was only told that the relationship is broken) They want to know about previous warnings as the employer referred to ( I have never been given a warning before expect for being late for 2 hrs and reported before my shift started). This company is unreliable and cannot be trusted. Instead of going to the arbitration ask for the case to be postponed and request this information to the employer, they rejected the claim because of the information that I never received. What kind of a legal aid are you, you busy misleading the society on your television and radio advertising
