Utterly disappointing service
I have been trying to speak to the allocated consultant to the case to no avail. I have called and left messages on numerous occasions. I requested to speak to an alternate consultant to no avail. I requested to speak to a Manager to no avail. I have been told the query will be escalated but still haven't been contacted. This is pathetic service for a service that I am paying for every month.
