useless lawyers

I had the worse experience twice with lipco, the first I had a contract with MTN and all of a sudden they said I own R15000 while my contract was less than R300 a month and I called lipco they became MTN lawyers because whatever I said that I have not made calls to Mozambique as MTN claim I was asked if I had proof and the logs on my phone cannot be proved as I can easily erase the numbers. I said I had the statement from MTN which shows numbers I did not know and I have not call. I asked lipco to follow this up as my lawyers and find where MTN got this number but they told me they will look into it. it's been 4 years or more they have been looking into it.

the second case I have been ****** money at work at gunpoint and at work they could not prove it was negligence but still withdraw the money from my salary. I called lipco and they told me to find the policy about my case, of which I did and send it to them and called and I was told to wait they will search for it and review it. the next time I called somebody on the lipco side told me she does not know of this case and the is nothing about the policy in my account.
