Useless Law firm

Being a client for over 10 years and all they do is deduct they premiums but they havent helped me even once. In 2012 i reported a matter to Lipco about someone who owe me R40000, so they referred to a Attorney in Pretoria North. Since then i've been losing money because that Attorney was always demanding money to proceed with the matter. So there was no resolution as the Attorney didnt help me and they referred to another Attorney in 2019 and it seems like im being a loser. So i fail to understand why should we continue paying Lipco whereas they cant help. And i have another matter with the Gauteng Department of Education where i was involved in a car accident, and they referred to Kgomotso Makhura who decided to withdraw from this matter after 3 years being from this case do niw i've been playing the waiting game. Lipco its a very useless Law firm that takes people's money whereas they dont sort out anything.
