Useless and *********** staff

What a waste of time and money this business is. The agent "lawyer" assisting with my case is the worst. Never responsive, I always have to send messages to get updates on my matter. In our last conversation she left me feeling hopeless to recover my money from a third party, telling me I'd have to pay out of pocket if the matter is escalated to court because I did not have a contract with the other party even though the payment was made based on a quotation received from the other party. It's been over a month since I received an update; if I don't follow-up, she's not bothered. If you don't have a policy with this business, don't worry as you're not missing out on anything special; just another **** disguised as a law firm!
