USELESS AND *********** firm
I was actually looking for half a start. wonder who rated this USELESS people more than a start...Such useless and pathetic service I've ever seen. they so clueless about LAW and I think they just hired call center people to answer our calls and tell us theyll escalate the matter to a 3rd party!! Then thats it...even if a third party takes the whole year they dont care...yet you paying THEM!! I submitted 4 cases already and NONE of them was resolved...they cant even resolve a simple maintenance issue!! why would they want to send a third party ONLY when the opponent has a lawyer...if they dont have one then you are NOT represented also...but you paying them...How useless!! cant wait for my policy cancellation...so USELESS AND *********** firm!! NEVER AGAIN...

Each policy has it's own list of comprehensive benefits, but las with any insurance policy, there are exclusions. We don't believe in hidden terms and conditions, and you will have received your policy documents when you signed up. Our lawyers have to play by the rules, and unfortunately can only provide a lawyer to go to court if the policy covers maintenance matters and the other parent has a lawyer representing them.
Even if a matter is specifically excluded from cover, we can still refer a client to one of our Panel Attorneys nationwide. The lawyer will assist at a discounted rate. Alternatively we also refer policyholders to a forum or body that can assist for a small fee or free of charge.
