Useless
I have a labor issue and I make contact with the service provider. I’m informed that they cannot legally represent me because of some waiting period however I never received any of my policy documents a month or 2 after signing up with them to have made me aware of this terms and conditions which is really unfair for me

This is wrong and because you are in legal the business think they can take advantage of us?
