I don't even why we should rate it because it's not even on the step of being rated,all they do is to deduct the money when it's time to assist they give you advice on what to do, I had a problem whereby someone is owing me they told me that the is less than R15000 I should go myself to small claims court to open a case whereas I'm paying them if they took 4 months to respond to my mails and their telephone just rang what about when I'm arrested or something bigger than they are not to be trusted the best thing is to withdraw yourself from them and pay private attorneys who can assist I the time of need
