Unprofessional service

I have had a terrible experience with legal representative from law for all. At first I complained of my case not being attended to, secondly I was assigned to a lawyer who informed me that they only assist me with mediation process of which I felt dissatisfied with and lodged a complaint. I was then assigned to another lawyer who called me last week Friday to find out the progress related to my car and the panelbeaters informed her that it will be delivered on Saturday. To my surprise she never made any contact with me until yesterday around 15:30 to find out if my car was delivered...imagine a week later. I am so unhappy and feel that the service I received was unacceptable and unprofessional despite the fact that I must still pay monthly premiums.
