Unacceptable delays, constant handovers, and repetitive demands

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received from Law4All regarding my lodged legal matter.

My case has repeatedly been transferred from one consultant to another. Every single time a new consultant takes over, I am asked to resubmit the exact same documents I previously sent. This cycle repeats after long intervals of zero communication or progress.

My matter is straightforward, yet the lack of momentum and continuous delays make it feel like the process is deliberately being dragged out—almost as if the goal is for the claim to expire before any real action is taken. There is a complete lack of urgency and ownership.

If Law4All is not willing or able to assist with a simple matter, they should state so upfront rather than wasting clients' time with endless handovers and administrative runarounds. I require urgent feedback from a senior manager on the current status of my matter and a dedicated point of contact who will actually handle it to completion.
