*****ULENT POLICY ON MY PAYSHEET
I have been contacted but was not given email address to submit document. LIPCO indicated my policy has been cancelled and they still deducted money on my paysheet again. I have no idea was kind of ***** is being conducted to Government employees

Given the extensive time that has passed and the correspondence shared, it is highly unlikely that you were unaware of having signed up for the policy.
Our investigation further reflects that the policy was actively utilised, as legal matters were reported between 2012 and 2014. On this basis, a refund could not be approved. Should you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, we encourage you to escalate the matter to the FAIS Ombudsman for an independent review. Yours in Law

I requested the supporting documents with regards how the gained access on my salary . On my paysheet LIPCO doesn't appear but they use Absa in order to de***** government employees.
