Treated like a number and not person by Law for For All

So I skipped 2 premiums with Law For all, after being with them for more than 10 years of never skipping any. Policy was auto lapsed and when I called in to ask that I be given a chance to correct the issue, the indifference and coldness I received was shocking to say the least. I asked why I didn't get a courtesy call to atleast find out if there was an issue but they were not interested to correct the situation but to cut ties. One would think when looking at the track record, they would atleast be a bit more interested to salvage the relationship, but I guess I am just a number to them. All they care about is the money coming in , not the people. I am beyond shocked at this treatment.
