Totally USELESS!!

Anyone wanting to open a policy with these ******** please first read the reviews on these totally *********** "lawyers". I had a case where I bought a product from a store. I tried using it and it did not work. When I took it back for a refund, the owner told me that there are no refunds, only exchange. I ecplained to the owner kindly that I do not want to buy another product at her store and would rather much take my money elsewhere. She refused. I then contacted this "law company", as I am paying a PLATINUM policy fee each month. They informed me that they do not make phone calls after 4 in the evening. Like ***?!! so you mean to tell me that if I need legal assistance after 4 I will only get it the next day.. What about the so-called R5000 bail they are supposed to pay if I get arrested?? things just don't add up. Anyway, I tried making use of their online chat platform.... almost cost me a new PC screen. The guy told me that he will tell a lawyer to call me. here I am still waiting since Monday morning. I asked him how do I cancel the policy, he's answer: "you can ask them that IF they call you". WOW!! "IF"?? Is that something to tell a client in need of legal assistance. PEOPLE I plead of you to NOT open a policy from these people.
