This company only does 24/7 legal advice. The rest they don't provide

These guys are flat out misrepresenting what they offer.

1- They don't do legal cover. They're going to misrepresent your case and not cover you, knowing Absa has the Ombudsman on their side. So when law for all *****s you, the ombudsman reviews your claim against absa - which makes no sense. 2- I have been asking for MONTHS for their list of attorneys , spending literal hours on the phone with agents and their "legal manager" - they have failed to produce this benefit despite MONTHS of asking and explaining. Friday I spent an hour of my time on the phone with their legal manager explaining to them the issue, I just need an attorney from them to adjust papers and lodge them - which I will pay for myself. This is an advertised benefit. They've failed to do that after 4 calls, hours on the phone and loads of emails. They also refused to supply it when I needed to go to court.

This company is a call center that pushes you to lawyers and then fights to make sure you get nothing else.

Early october I called in for help, they helped, I asked or an attorney to be referred. I am STILL WAITING!!!!!

Even if I pay 1*** an hour with my other lawyers at this point I've wasted so much time with law for all the R2500 option is CHEAPER!!!
