They don't care about what their clients need

They need to really contact client in more urgency, yesterday I never received a phone call, but was sent a message saying my lawyer tried to reach out,and i still didn't receive a call back after sending numerous of emails, after explaining yo them I'm currently going through a urgent matter that would need assistance, until the file is closed, but no one seems to really care. Even after send how many requests for them to contact you they don't.
