In a world where it is easier to complain, I would like to take the time and do the complete opposite and compliment the two amazing ladies for their exceptional customer experience and excellent service. I had been unfairly blacklisted by a Financial Institution. I reached out to Ane and Thandekile for assistance. The case dragged from 2020, with the Financial Institution failing to respond to our emails and calls, they patiently guided me and escalated to NCR and later to the ombudsman.
