Terrible service by Lipco

Good day,

Im currently holding Lipco membership for which I have intentions to cancel immediately following my traumatic experience in recent engagement with them. For this law firm, client is only important when paying monthly premium and not at the time when you have to use their services for which you are paying for on a monthly basis. I would like to refer and pick up from my telephonic discussion with Zikhona and one of the senior managers, Mrs Isaac. Apparently I skipped January premium, I wasn't notified about this, February premium was collected and wasn't doubled to cater for January which I wasn't aware of. Now that I need legal services I get told about missed premium which is almost three months since it happened. I wouldn't mind if they had asked me to pay it in cash the moment they realized that there were no sufficient funds in my bank account. Mrs Isaac was rude during my telephonic discussion with her and I don't wish to talk to her again. Client service is also bad as I have to follow-up with them all the times. I have been loyal member for the past eight years and never used their legal services and suddenly I am been thrown with rotten eggs. I thought this law firm was reputable and also conducted its business ethically and had business values aligned with client service. I regret the day I joined Lipco.
