Lipco law for all award winning team.....

The client is registered as Mrs XYZ on LIPCO's system, but when she receives emails from LIPCO's legal advisors, she's addressed as 'Sir' After informing the legal advisors of the mistake and asking them to correct it, the exact same mistake is repeated in the next email from LIPCO's legal advisors.

Quoted from email received from LIPCO Law for all on the 2nd of September 2022: "We also sent you an SMS on 2 September 2022, wherein we ask you to contact our offices within 7 days. Unfortunately we did not hear back from you, and we therefore placed your file in abeyance." Events from 2 September 2022: Phone call from LIPCO was at 12:50, 2 September 2022. Sms sent from LIPCO at 12:52, 2 September 2022. Email sent from LIPCO at 12:59, 2 September 2022. Reply email from the client sent at 13:22, 2 September 2022. Why was the file placed in abeyance? Where does the 7 days apply?

LIPCO LAW for all award winning team..............I would like to know what the award was given for? And what is the success rate for winning cases in court if attention to detail is a challenge?
