I recently found out that a company was using my name **********ly, i send all the documentation including the company details with my names on it to Lipco so they can assist with the matter, refer to case number C****-10-2019. A lady by the name of Londeka Mgobhozi called me to inform me that my claim is rejected. Only now they are telling me that this is not covered on my package. Please don't join this company, they are ******** people in every possible way. But they do not forget to debit our accounts every month. I should have known this earlier, what's the use of paying Monthly premiums , and being told they will get someone to assist me at a discounted fee, that's nonsense.
