Rude legal professional

What an embarrassing moment? So I wrote to Law For All for a legal assistance, I then received a call from a "professional" named YonelanTilana. Instead of helping me, he saw a good opportunity to rather defend Pep, and educate me about where to do an ID and how much it cost. This guy was really rude and unnecessary.

I just want someone to listen to out telephone recording and explain why you have so rude legal professionals. I couldn't even finish explaining my instructions to this guy because he was ahead of me defending Pep store instead of listening to me and provide guidance.

I reported this, and I was told it would be resolved within 24 hours, now it all makes sense while I am still following up after 72 hours.

IF this is how Law For All treats its clients, then please cancel my insurance. I cannot be disrespected while I pay so much money monthly for absolutely no service.

Last year I phoned to report that my wife was detained, Law for All phoned her to tell her that they would only be able to assist her with bail after 7 days, please explain why I still have this insurance if its really not that helpful?
