Rude and inconsiderate

Ive never spoken to anyone as ***********, unprofessional as Zama a supervisor from Law for all. A policy that lapses after 2 months(still within the 2nd month) no option for a manual payment to be done and yet the attitude received from a supervisor is to be questioned. Despite trying to change the debit date to the 31st January 2025 for a double debit they refuse to assist me telling me I need to rejoin despite being with the company for several months Zama and Attie refuses to reinstate my policy insisting I start all over again. This is honestly the worst service from a company claiming to be the best
