Very fast response to my emailed query (done on their website and I am not even a paying customer!). I had a very pleasant, informative and useful conversation with Abigail Pienaar who basically helped me to understand what my options are regarding my problem. No pressure put on me to sign up either, just genuine wishes that I manage to resolve my issue. I am seriously considering taking out legal insurance with this company as a result. Excellent service!
