POOR SERVICE AND INACCURATE ADVERTISING

I had been a member of Lipco for more than 15 years. I have used them in the past and have never been satisfied or impressed by their service. The latest incident I reported at their offices in Blaauwberg wrt to a possible arrest. I was told that I must first wait until I am in the cells, then call them and they will decide in 7 days if they are going to represent me. When I started to record, the lady changed her story slightly, but my case will still be assessed by a committee before they will decide to represent me. Since then, two inexperienced "consultants" phoned me (one twice today) with basically the same story (all recorded on my phone). I want them to appoint a lawyer that I can consult wrt making a statement. Their expert advice: "you can not be forced to make a statement". Think my 9-year old knows that. This is a trumped-up charge by a colleague and it will also be a labor issue. After two days they have failed to appoint a LAWYER. But the website indicate that they will assist before CD (Court Date) Where are the "Expert Advice" and "Powerful Legal Assistance" you promise! Really useless when you need a lawyer.
