Poor service
Hi can I please get help here I’m a client of Lipco and all I can say is that their service is poor today I came in their office from 13:00 until now15:30 they failing to help me no one is not coming to help me all they do is to give me the phone to talk to someone I cannot see whereas I’m here in their branch Jhb Lipco branch my name is Michael they only give me reference as c1936-11-2019 via sms which I find it unprofessional because I’m here and telephonically I told them that my case is agent all they do is to tell me that they will help me within 7 working day.
