Politely satisfied

I called in very frustrated earlier, I took out a business Legal policy that am paying R650 on. Auto and general never debit on time and every time I need to call Law for all about this and am always given a run around which is so frustrating.

she came back apologized and told me auto and general will call me back she will call me back. Auto called we fixed the payment Query I had. Angela Called me back Asked if I was assisted and told me, I only call Law for all when I have a legal issue, we giggled call ended and here I am giving Law for all 5 stars for the politest service I received today.
