Policy lapsed
Bad customer service ever I have a case law of are handling for me so the 26 there debit order didn't go through I call them the following day to notify them that the debit order didn't go through I was told to wait for 48 hrs mybe it will run today I woke with notification that my policy has lapsed think the main point they don't want to assist with further on the matter I called them they advised me to rejoin but I won't be represented on the matter which they were busy with I'm so disappointed
