Pathetic service ever. I regret.
After paying for soo many years without requesting any assistance from the company I since made a request for my case in January 2023 with the hope for help, but the company just don't care. I get no communication what soo ever. I call them every time and they promise to call back and guess what? They don't bother to call. Andisiwe and the management don't care, it's as if they doing me a favor. I don't even know what is happening with my case. No update at all. I have to beg for update. Pathetic service ever. I will never recommend anyone to this company. I regret ever joining them.
