Not impressed
Good day I recently opened a file at your office for ******** arrest by saps and also I wanted to claim damages on my vehicle,so Mr Basikele and myself already started on the wrong foot it's like he's not trying to assist but instead make me feel bad I don't have issues with your firm but there's just some attorneys I don't know they just last,I Salute Mr mshweshwe that once helped me on a case and went all out for me ND also Tumi Hlongwane that's stil busy on one of my cases,they know how to make clients feel supported not Mr Basikele that's trying to make me feel guilty pls am asking for my file to be moved to someone that actually wants to help me thank you

I never in a million years thought il have a complain again against law for all for heaven's sake it's a new year and stil you guys don't want to change,I've opened a file,got called once and never again my policy is up to date never have I skipped a payment but the lawyers at law for all is working on my nerves can I please get a manager to call me asap pls am done now
