No sense of urgency
I missed the call from the attorney. The call was early afternoon before 2pm. I called back within 10min, only to reach a call centre. The agent said they would flag it with the attorney to call me back. 24hours later and 4 follow up calls and I am still waiting to speak to an attorney.
