No replying to emails or calls

We are loyal customers for YEARS paying faithfully. But the service is poor. No reply on emails. Mr. Sibeko says he receives many emails. Is that how the service is. Not replying on emails and calls?????Went on the 2nd of June to open case in person. Important matter for us. We don't want to feel like we are a number. Not attending to our case and want the 14 days to pass without having any help. Will take matter further if deadline of 14 days pass without any help or replying to my emails
