No peace of mind for your client!!!

I’m very disgusted with the service provided by this apparent very professional company that is supposed to give you peace of mind, ever since my case has been registered with them a few months ago we still have no closure on this matter??? I have been promised calls, meetings up until I had to personally go to their offices to get some type of help. I’m lodging this on this platform because we have been promised call today up until this hour still no calls’. My life is being disrupted by this matter and we keep on getting stories...that this docs is needed and this and that??...I would advise clients to rather take cover with a respectable company, that puts their clients’ needs first, and you not just treated as a number while they take your premium every month.. very disgruntled spouse of the policy holder....my next step is Hellopeter and the Ombudsman!!!

My husband received a call from a service consultant 30 minutes ago who advised that her manager told her to call the client, only to be told they will put him through top the person dealing with his matter, only to be put on hold for 7 minutes and then cut off...I mean this is the worst service ever....

need an urgent reply...seeing that nobody at Lipco is efficient to fast track our matter or to assist their clients in a professional matter.
