No Feedback - Pre Existing
06 June 2023 I wrote a review on how my matter was dealt with by the institution or Company . I received a call back a couple of days after the post from Maxine's Manager ( I take is she wanted to clean her departments name when she called as she listened like she was going to do something about what i was sharing . Little did i know that she was just checking If Maxine was clean from events I listed ) . The service is disheartening , the fact that they don't even give you feedback after stating your issue on this platform . They honestly don't care , they move on to the next complaint with a it wont chnage our turn over even if you decide to cancel with us!!!!!!
