Neglect and bad customer service

2015 my husband contacted Lipco for the Antinaptual Contract and Lipco appointed an attorney. We consulted with the attorney before the date of marriage and we signed the contract. After 3 years I discovered that the attorney did not follow up with the Deeds office and my ANC was regected because my husband's surname was type wrongly on the contract. I then ask the attorney and he shifted the blame. I called Lipco in October 3018 to let them know and they promised to send us to the other attorney to apply for the post naptual contract and they are taking full responsibility of what their attorney has done. Up until today Lipco has not fixed the problem. As I'm writing here I am married incommunity or property again my will, and this is causing me a lot of stress because I cannot buy a house, apply for any thing without my both signitures.
