I was assisted by Ms Bridgette Kgopana, who very professionally took me through the process I was about to embark on. She was extremely patient and sensitive to my emotions as she explained the process. She listened attentively but with so much empathy as I was very emotional at our first consultation-so she over extended herself by being a the****** at the same time. She was very positive, treated me with respect and dignity and It made me to feel good and gain her trust that she would assist me with my matter.
