Mismanagement of a client

I opened a case with them in April last year regarding my debt review from Debtbusters to date the is no outcome so disappointed that a well trusted and Legal service could just throw a case in the bin like that without concluding. Every time I complain and Valen and Kwezi now ignore my emails. NCR also just as useless
