Look for reasons not to pay
Having a policy with this company is a complete waste of money. They look for every reason not to help you. Their terms and conditions does not say that you an actual marriage certificate for them to help your spouse. It just says that formal proof of marriage in required. They nowhere state what the accepted formal proof of marriage is. Banks, medical aid, insurance companies all accept my customary marriage and my spouse on my policies but not Law For All. It is pathetic that they try to look for reasons not to help and it is all because of their ambiguous terms and conditions.
