Lipco's customer service is very poor
I am not happy at all!!!! I was following up on an existing case from the 2nd of July, which I had to wait for more than a week for follow up from one of your legal experts. I called 021 number and held for more than 10 min without an answer,then called 082 emergency number but was assisted by a rude Andiswa! I am very unhappy!!!!
