Lipco worst experience ever

Worst service ever , been a long time member, my vehicle was almost written off while parking , have footage and everything, it’s been 3 months after poor correspondence from lipco , I went for 3 quotations and now that the fellow who damaged my car LIPCO wants me to go back to all the body shops who I payed for quotations to give me affidavits, that why few body shops will do 3rd party quotations, worst off all is the LIPCO office in Pe just closed without being informed . Bitter pill to swallow . After 3 months all they did for me was to send the fellow who caused everything a request for mediation, and now they inform me if I don’t provide then soon enough witje the affidavits they can’t be held accountable
