Lipco Not The Law For All

We have joined Lipco in June 2023 with lots of promises made by them. We had 3 issues that we needed help with, everytime we sent an issue then they come back and they say they can't assist cause we're not on that option. This after my husband took out their most expensive option. They said they would be able to assist with whatever our issues were. Nothing, no help whatsoever. My husband told the lady he spoke to to cancel the policy after he told her that their service sucks. She told him not to get so excited. They are atill deducting their debit order even took double the amount now, even after he told them to cancel. We do not have money to waste on non existant service.
