Lipco law for the lawless it seams

I will attack text from my last correspondence with lipco as I'm too upset to repeat what went wrong. Its regarding a person being negligent and causing a bad accident scaringing me for life medically and left high and dry without compensation of my physical belongings j lost fund to the accident.

Good day. I have been waiting on the fulfillment of this claim for months and only now am told lipco believes the amounts are too little to take on. Email to lipco after they denied my claim after almost 11 months

If it was a small claims court issue from the beginning then why wasnt I assisted on that rout instead?

At this pace I'm going to walk away empty handed and the person who did tremendous amounts of damage to not only my body and possessions but also on my confidence is going to walk away untouched.

The quote given from the machanic said damages exceed R15000 and is beyond economical repair. That's says MORE THAN R15000. Small claims is up to R15000 confirm?

Then all my possessions that was directly destroyed due to the negligence of the other driver also adds up. Not to mention machanical storage costs.

How is it possible that I get led to believe for literally MONTHS that I'm covered and then get dropped as if I am not a client?

Please come back to me with a answer as soon as possible. I'm not sure of how much time I have left to claim against this person. I pay for legal cover and assistance and have not missed a payment for YEARS. how is it that I'm being treated so horribly?
