I am thankfully not a client of Lipco, but had to deal with them by way of a squatting and drunken tenant of mine now already owing nearly R20,000 in rent. They are not interested in attending a round table meeting, not interested in advising this person to move out would be the right thing to do. This squatting person was a past member but failed to honour her 'membership' fee but was immediately reinstated when complaining. Rodney Ruiters, your attitude is disgusting. You are a failure to society. I will see to it that you and Lipco get removed from Foschini's legal advise panel.
