Lipco Law for All a ****

Please stay away from Lipco Law for all because you will loose your money and they are inadequate to act on your behalf. In 2016 the National Credit found Al**** Capital to be dealing *******ly and I made use of Lipco to represent me. After Judgement was obtained by the National Credit Regulator. Lipco appointment an attorney to act on my behalf because it was a hundred percent success rate case. The attorney immediately acted at issue summons to Al**** Capital in Centurion office. Their attorney came back to my appointment attorney and mentioned jurisdiction because their head office is in Sandton and summons have to come from Randburg courts. They canceled the appointment attorney and appointed a new attorney in Randburg to handle the matter. Since 2016 they kept me in the dark until 2021 when eventually they issued summons out of the Randburg courts. This is now six years later and Al**** Capital has liquidated due to the Judgement instructing them to pay out or return your car. They traced the director of Al**** Capital after a big fight living in the Western Cape but now they came back mentioning that they will not appointment any further attorney to recover my car/money. Their merit committee has decided not to appoint another attorney to act on my behalf. They have lost my car due to negligence of not acting at the time of the judgement in 2015 and now telling me sorry. Lipco are not going to act any further on my behalf and send me an Absa correspondence to me .I have paid them for over six years to loose my car. They are useless and over rate. Double the price of Legal wise , make use of candidate attorney that are students to handle your matter. This exercise has cost me now R200 000 and they claim that they are underwritten by Absa. Maybe the are broke that they make use of the cheapest attorney they can get for you and after they have messed it up they say sorry.I would be ashamed to put my name on this brand or get involved in this type of ****************. Taking your money and not providing what they are selling to you should be a crime.Please read my message before taking on this product and be warned.
