Lipco Law for All a legal cover policy that means nothing

It is with great disappointment that I write this review but the public should know that Lipco Law for All are a useless company and don`t deliver on the cover that they offer.

I have two matters where attorneys have been appointed which means that the merit committee appoints an attorney knowing that they have a hundred percent success rate of winning the matter. The one matter is now going on for seven years and the other for six years. What is really bad about this is that the matter of six years has been put on hold. Now I have to go and complain to the short-term insurance ombudsman to assist. because they are not willing to appoint a tracing company at their costs because the policy does not cover tracing costs. In 2015 they appoint an attorney in Centurion to handle the matter that already a judgement has been granted against them by the National Credit Regulator. The respondent then rep**** to the summons issued that they can`t accept it due to jurisdiction. Lipco then appointed a new attorney that took over three years to issue a new summons out of the Randburg Court. Now the respondent is not there anymore. Now my matter is put on hold until I pay for a tracing company to look for the respondent. Now I ask the public out there, who is at fault and want the type of service do you get from Lipco and Absa that is their underwriter. This is really pathetic and nothing more than a rip-off. Close them down and rather go to clientele or legal wise. I will be taking my matter to the Ombudsman.
