Lipco is waste of money

I have had the ABSa law for you insurance from 2012 or 2013 and I phoned them to change my banking details but they keep on deducting from the old account that I’m no longer using . I phoned the call centre they are rude and will take u from pillar to post. And now my policy has lapsed even though they have asked me to pay a direct deposit into the account. This month again they debited from the wrong account and when I call they say my policy has lapsed I must do a new one. While is not my fault I’m so disappointed after all this years of being a loyal customer. I will never advise anyone to join ABSa law for you
