I contacted Lipco for assistance with my mother's estate was assured the the salesman they could assist turns out they can only help the person who's name is on the contract even though this is an issue I am dealing with personally...the lawyer that called did give me some advice which most of I knew anyway...so really was a waste of my time and hers Subsequently I have cancelled the cover....the salesman should actually be trained properly and not waste peoples time.
