**** about the cover and did not refund my premiums no are they responding to emails

Ticket Received #296288: CANCELLATION REQUEST- K BHARATH LAW FOR YOU POLICY

absolutely pathetic service, firstly i was **** to about the policy cover at the outset. Now they cancelled the policy however no one will get back to me about refund of all my premiums. I phrased the question twice when i was offered the policy has to if it covers bond regsitration and transfer cost. the consultant said yes we can asssist and that is the reason why i took on the policy as i planned to buy, now that i purchased a property they tell me it doesnt cover these legal fees. I was informed they were going to investigate because I mentioned all calls were records. Still no feedback. I keep sending reminder emails. no response. I want my premiums back.
