Lazy Mediator
<p>Please remove Danielle Pretorius in my case and get anothe mediator to escalate my case, Danielle Pretorius is busy delaying me and I don't have time. And should I have another matter in future please make sure she is nowhere near my case.</p>

Point of correction my mediator is a woman and I disagree with you that she is doing everything she can, yesterday I have been trying to call her and she kept on saying she will call me back but she did not. again she is delaying to escalate my matter.
