I would like to share my experience of the impeccable service and support from LawForAll, and specifically with the dedicated support of Nathan Mostert, Clive Mshweshwe and the head of Legal, Advocate Festus. It was a terrible, harrowing and daunting 3 years of a trial. Nathan gave diedicated, punctual and concise updates on how to proceed with legal insurance, calling timeously and consistently after every appearance in court, checking for feedback on the progress of the matter. A shining beacon of hope and guidance on the technicalities in a ******* and underhanded so-called “justice system” that’s non-existent, all the way through to the finalization of my court case. Ever prepared to call back where I ask through email and upfront on where the company was unable to assist. Stuck dedicatedly to the procedures of the company.

Mr Mshweshwe as well was a professional, timeous and fully informed on what procedures to follow at any point that I questioned about, and elaborated fully on what possibilities that were available. Top tier service and also timeous and punctual on whatever commitment he’d set to. Advocate Festus also came in where needed, and not delegating where her professional input was very valuable, and giving guidance and advice on how to proceed with a query when I had one. All these people were just always prepared to assist in their areas of operation and specialty! Words cannot express my gratitude to the crucial assistance they provided at the darkest of times in a grueling 3 years that have ended in justice. Structured, professional again and very insightful as well. God bless you all, with love and a deep appreciation for a service provided ethically and compliantly, never deviating from company policy and procedure.
