Law for All, will never help you in times of need

It was around 2022 when I was facing a labour matter, were I was unfairly dismissed from work.

I had a platinum policy with Lipco by the above said year, but unfortunately Lipco couldn't even try to help me in the times of need, the only thing after ive registered my matter with them, the response was that theres no prospect of success in my matter.

In short as per Lipco response, they can only give their services where theres prospects of success on a matter, but not where they feel theres no prospect of success.

But I want to confirm that after 4 years of my Labour matter I'm pleased to announce that I won a case of unfair dismissal, that Lipco legal team felt that this matter lacked any prospect of success. I won this matter on my own cost of over R200000 at the labour court.

In conclusion Lipco is running a business, and they were aware that I'm unemployed and subsequent to that I wont be able to pay them any further. So loosing me as their customer was the best thing ever.

I wont advice anyone to join Lipco, rather save your money for times of need, this company wont help you in times of need, you just filling a bucket with holes underneath with water.
