Law For All Legal cover doesn’t cover when legal assistance is required.

Law For All was recommended by a friend.She was going on about how good they are and they are always willing to assist,I decided to join,and I took the highest cover platinum. I’ve been with Law For All for almost 4 years now,I never claimed,I never missed a premium. I have a legal issue now,I claimed, I was told that they can’t assist me,the excuse was lame. I’m so disappointed.Paying for all those years did not benefit me in the end.I’m so distraught.I felt like I had legal backup all these years,now I feel like I wasted my money paying them.I Might as well have saved that money,and not pay them,I would be able to pay for legal representation now, because it’s pointless paying them and not getting some assistance.It’s a ****.I’m so disheartened and disappointed.Now I need to fight against my opponent and a company that was supposed to cover me legally.Now I need to take my concern to the ombudsman while finding a Legal Professional to assist me and pay from my own pocket.It’s not fair and I’m so stressed,Law For All Legal cover is not worth it.
